  • Experience: Minimum 6 months in a customer service position, nurse, or medical field experience or similar

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-3 years customer service experience, claims or insurance experience,
  • Customer service, decision making, analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Strong math and computer skills
  • Ability to function in a team and call center environment
  • Ability on computer and been able to type a minimum of 35 wpm
  • Ability to work extended hours and weekends
